A task list for things I need to get done to make the show better. This is a public wiki page because I can always, always, use help. I'm a busy guy….

Must do Edit

Nice to have Edit

  • Get a quieter mouse so it doesn't click so loudly on the show.
    • Logitech MX5? Is this a quieter mouse?
  • Make it possible for people to email and add these to the community links feed automatically.
  • Create an "intersectionality" navigation interface on so that visitors to the Kink On Tap briefs can browse by the intersection of two or more tags. (E.g., briefs tagged for episode 41 and "sex".)
  • Create an "inside Kink On Tap" or similar website/subdomain/presence that lets any behind-the-scenes stuff have a place to go publicly. I.e., Ian (sound engineer) might want to show how he post-produces the show, and more. We could also create KOT-themed personal blogs. Lots to consider. It will all help transparency, too.

Completed tasks Edit

This list is a temporary (and visible) archival space for completed tasks.

  • √ DONE - Create a web-based feedback/email form (i.e., at, perhaps as a supplementary page to the "Contact" page. This might help spur listener feedback; perhaps emails are one step too difficult. --Meitar 05:21, October 8, 2010 (UTC)
  • √ DONE - Spruce up styles on the sidebar, especially so that lists of links are more noticeable and feel more like links. --Meitar 05:21, October 8, 2010 (UTC)
  • √ DONE - Patch the Postalicious WordPress plugin so it supports per-user importing. --Meitar 01:43, September 23, 2010 (UTC)
  • √ DONE - Make an automatically-generated listing of which episodes individual panelists were on. The result should be such that viewing any page listed at Category:Panelists would provide an infobox-like list of links to the appropriate pages in Category:Episodes that that panelist was a guest on. --Meitar 10:42, August 29, 2010 (UTC)
  • √ DONE - Set up server stats for media downloads. (Using media stats for now; let's see how that works.) --Meitar 05:54, August 2, 2010 (UTC)
